Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH) is seeking a strategic senior nurse leader who will bring   front-line inpatient, ambulatory, and programmatic nursing leadership experience in successful child/adolescent behavioral health programs. The Vice President, Behavioral Health Nursing will oversee the delivery of patient care operations to include: a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric unit (Longwood Campus); a 12-bed short term intensive community based acute treatment (CBAT) unit; and a newly opened 12-bed inpatient psychiatric unit (Waltham Campus); and the organization’s Behavioral Response Team (BRT) with resources spanning the main campus and a range of satellite ambulatory care delivery settings.
