Rockwood Clinic is seeking experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join our team- based care model with our dedicated Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers at our expanding primary care locations.Our team-based care model pairs one or two Physicians with one or two APPs based on patient panel size and FTE to formalize a Care Team.
