Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join this collegial family medicine practice at PMG Bethany. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacists, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. Just minutes from the Intel campus, you'll serve an ethnically and culturally diverse population in Northwest Portland.

• Full-time at 1.0 FTE with option for 4 or 5 days per week
• Monday through Friday schedule, daytime hours
• Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
• Ideal candidates will be comfortable seeing all ages

• Nurse practitioners preferred, but experienced physician assistants are encouraged to apply
