The Post 9/11 Miltary2VA Case Management Program (M2VA) Program Manager ensures that transitioning Service members (SM) and Post-9/11 era Veterans receive patient-centered, integrated Whole Health care, requiring a high degree of clinical oversight and creative problem solving.
