If selected, you will be assigned to the Nursing Service as a Registered Nurse. You will develop and execute appropriate multi-disciplinary case management activities in partnership and collaboration all stakeholders of Veteran Patient Care. You will further assist in the development of an annual Case Management (CM) plan for moderate and complex patients for inclusion in the CC&ICM strategic plan in collaboration with all stakeholders. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
