The Behavioral Health Service (BHS) RN Care Manager provides psychiatric and medical nursing care as part of and in coordination with the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) Home Team. The BHS RN Care Manager will work in collaboration with their assigned interdisciplinary team members to assess and plan delivery of care or arrange services in their local community through a community provider. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
