The Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) LVN serves as a generalist to support the Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT), specialty and mental health teams. The incumbent provides a wide range of clinical services to the veteran that demonstrates complex clinical judgement under the direct supervision and minimal observation of a registered nurse or provider.
