Under the medical direction of the Employee Health Services Physician, and the administration supervision of the Director of Human Resources, is responsible for the clinical and administrative management of the Hospitalâ��s Employee Health Service program. Is responsible for development and implementation of systems related to daily operations. Develops policies, procedures, and budget for the department.

Graduate from a Registered Nurse Program, Bachelors degree and/or relevant education/experience preferred.
5 to 7 years professional nursing experience. Management/supervisory experience preferred.
2-3 years occupational/employee health nursing experience.
PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
Current RN licensure by MA Board of Registration.
