RN (Critical Care Float)
This position is utilized to augment full time staff on all units throughout the hospital; priority will be given to critical care areas. The RN will be assigned to various units throughout the hospital based on patient care needs; units include ICU, Step-down, ER, Medical/Surgical, Behavioral Health, and the Community Living Center. This announcement will remain open until all spots are filled. Applicants will be reviewed every 2 weeks and referred to the hiring manager on a continuous basis. The RN will document observations, assessments, and changes in the patient's condition in a computerized patient record, collaborate with health team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes, provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral pr
