Under minimal supervision, Registered Nurse / RN provides nursing care for a group of patients assigned to the nurse based on matching the patientsâ�� needs with the nurseâ�� competencies. Registered Nurse / RN completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Registered Nurse / RN other related duties as assigned.
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)
Required: None for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health1 year in acute/chronic dialysis for Dialysis
Preferred: 2 years acute/chronic dialysis for Dialysis
Required: Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse. For RN in Behavioral Health: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention must beobtained within 60 days of hire or transfer into department. BLS
