JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will direct and coordinate crisis medical/clinical addiction services to specified consumers within the Family Health Center Alcohol and Drug Recovery Centers. This includes crisis intervention, assessment, differential diagnosis, crisis treatment planning, patient education, family intervention, risk assessment and discharge planning.

Outreach expectatitons: May work across all Family Health Center A& DR sites virtually or in-person dependent on patient needs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Education qualifications must be from a school whose accreditation is recognized by Marshfield Clinic Health System.

Minimum Required: Master's Degree in Nursing.

Preferred/Optional: Doctor of Nursing Practice.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required: One year in specialty.

Preferred/Optional: Two years nursing experience.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position, which must be maintained in good standing:

Minimum Required: Current Wisconsin RN Licensure, Nurse Practitioner Certification by a national certifying body. Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber Certification. CPR certification. DATA-waiver prescription privilege (DEAX).

Preferred/Optional: None.
