As the manager of a dynamic nursing department, you will put your skills into action as you develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and services for your unit. You will design, coach, and lead your nursing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training clinical team members in collaboration with your Clinical Coordinators, Charge RNs and Preceptor staff. Your mentoring and leadership abilities will ensure that staff is participating in available professional development opportunities and current in required training and certifications. You will assist nurse leadership by providing continuing education, strong leadership.

A Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a charge nurse or other equivalent leadership experience
Licensure in the State of Idaho as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
BLS required from American Red Cross or Healthcare Provider Card from the American Heart Association
