About the Organization:
Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center (AMRTC) is a 110 – bed modern tertiary care hospital, with four services: Medical/Psychiatric; Neurocognitive/Neurodevelopmental; Complex/Co-Occurring (including substance use disorders); and Intense Behavioral Treatment for people with serious psychoses. AMRTC is the hub of a state psychiatric care network including 6 smaller hospitals and a wide range of community – based resources. We have opportunities for dynamic Psychiatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurses to join a team dedicated to caring for individuals receiving inpatient psychiatric treatment.
About the Opportunity:
The highly motivated and talented Psych Advanced Practice Registered Nurses at Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center (AMRTC), provide outstanding professional nursing care to ensure the medical, physical, and psycho-social needs of each patient are met, as well as promote their overall wellbeing. RN’s also facilitate the admission of new patients to the unit and are essential members of our interdisciplinary treatment teams, actively participating in the Integrated Therapeutic Treatment planning process. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and intermittent positions to work either the rotating day-evening shift or overnight shift.
