SUMMARY PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the oversight of clinical service program development, quality assurance, and survey readiness. Additional responsibilities include: the identification, correction, maintenance, and development of process improvement to ensure company clinical objectives are achieved.
This position requires nationwide travel and is based in Richmond VA but the employee can work remotely.
REPORTS TO: Diamond Healthcare Executive Vice President, Clinical Services
RN licensure required, BSN required, Master’s degree preferred; CJCP preferred (must obtain CJCP within first year of employment). Strong Medicare and CMS regulation knowledge required. Strong computer literacy required.
Minimum of 5 years of acute care hospital and outpatient services experience with a focus on Behavioral Health Services required (including 3 years of progressive leadership responsibilities).
