The BridgeWay is currently seeking a dynamicÂ Registered Nurse (RN) to joinÂ our team.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a proficient nursing leader and integral member of the multidisciplinary team who has developed expertise in an expanded RN role within a specific unit/shift setting. This position will be working with our adult population. The Registered NurseÂ (RN) is responsible for the routine functioning of the unit on his/her assigned shift. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge. TheÂ Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assisting with the achievement of patient outcomes in accordance with the missions of the hospital.
