Responsible for assisting the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) Program Manager in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluating the performance of the CSU and the team of professionals and support staff delivering services. Provides a leadership presence for the staff on the 4p-12:30p shift. Reviews, establishes, and revises policies, procedures, and standards related to all aspects of nursing practice. Works closely with program manager to develop and support professional and personal growth of CSU staff. Performs full continuum of services within scope of licensure to individuals utilizing CSU and to support general operations of the unit. Makes treatment recommendations, and develops, completes and monitors individualized service plans. Demonstrates accountability and commitment to quality work. Knows and adheres to organizational and department policies and procedures
Licensed in the State of Ohio, RN required, BSN preferred. Three years of nursing experience required, experience in psychiatric-mental health nursing preferred .
