Denver Health Medical Center is recruiting for multiple Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our team at the Denver Sheriffs Division. The PMHNP will, under minimal supervision, provide professional psychiatric midlevel care. The successful candidates will provide direct patient care in accordance with the statutory limitations for Midlevel Practitioners, including individual and group psychotherapy, assessment, formulating a care plan, and prescribing medication. Performs administrative procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols and available equipment.
