Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, located in Stratford, New Jersey, is currently seeking a full time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for the Department of Geriatrics & Gerontology/New Jersey Institute for Successful Aging (NJISA).The selected candidate must have a strong background in adult and geriatric care and a certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).He/she will provide behavioral health services to geriatric patients in ambulatory, community-based, and long term care settings, participate in education and training, and work with an inter-professional team in advancing integration of behavioral health and geriatrics in primary care.
The candidate must hold the following:
Valid NJ nursing license
an advanced nursing degree with a certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
