*Sign on Bonus available* We are currently searching for a Full-time ASC/Endo Facilities Manager to coordinate the overall direction of our Ambulatory Surgery Centers and who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians.
Job Responsibilities: •Manages the ongoing operations of multiple facilities •Directs and supervises services in accordance with governmental and other regulatory standards. •Facilitates development of department mission, goals, policies, procedures, budget, and work standards. •Compiles/analyzes data, prepares and presents statistical information on department performance, productivity, activity, budget to administration. •Oversees nursing care essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance and restoration of patients' health and wellness. •Oversees patient needs and suggestions solutions to patient care problems. •Manage budgets in accordance with operation guidelines •Management of & collaborative relationships with Center Leaders •Selects/recruits staff. •Ensures the development and delivery of nursing education to staff. •Regional Manager is responsible for managing all Nurse Managers and is required to maintain all skills and competencies as outlined in the RN job description. •Reviews and maintains documentation required for JCAHO accreditation. •Participates in the JCAHO accreditation surveys. •Participates in negotiation of vendor contracts for all units. •Overseeing contracts with third party vendors. •Overseeing maintenance of facilities.
Knowledge skills needed: •Knowledge of management and organizational theory to supervise the operation of facilities. •Knowledge of medical safety practices and requirement to evaluate existing standards and implement new procedures. •Knowledge of current nursing practices and clinical state-of-the-art. You must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Related field with an accredited degree and be a Experience in management. Demonstrated evidence of leadership, collaboration, strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have computer knowledge be computer literate.
