MIHS hopes to find an approachable, professional Program Manager to join our Federally Qualified Health Center. If you’re skilled in 340B drug purchasing, inventory processes, monthly reporting, split-billing software maintenance, audits, contract pharmacy programs, and all areas of regulatory compliance, then this is the job for you!
The ideal person for this role would have a background in a 340B program with a thorough knowledge of pharmacy systems, analytics requirements, purchasing and inventory management at a healthcare or health system environment. You’ll report to the Assistant Director of Pharmacy and supervise a team, so we’re seeking a people-oriented leader to provide ongoing program development and coordination support. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field OR equivalent training and experience with this Pharmacy Program Manager role
- 5 years healthcare experience, preferably at a client facing hospital, health system or a consulting advisory role
- 340B specialized training preferred
- CPhT Certified issued by PTCB
- Licensed by the AZ State Board of Pharmacy
